CO2 laser cutting is now a popular production method that, above all, has one main benefit such as cheap and repeatable production. The method and device we present is our latest purchase, providing us primarily with facilities for the construction of desktops and operator consoles as well as elements supporting and imitating composite forms. However, the device presented by us has two key advantages, besides the standard cutting of flat surfaces, we can burn and engrave cylindrical elements thanks to the so-called 4th rotary axis. In addition, the machine has a flight function, i.e. we can put into it material with a maximum dimension of 1500 [mm] and infinite length, this fact is particularly helpful in cutting elements that exceed the size of the standard working field. The machine itself has an adjustable work table thanks to which we can burn or engrave items such as chests of crates or other spatial objects.

We work with a wide range of material suppliers described above, our commercial contacts often reach directly to producers. Due to the logistic grid defined in this way, the materials at our disposal are always "fresh", ie having the appropriate production parameters due to the fact of their very short rotation in warehouses, both producers and our internal ones. |

Orders and realizations are priced individually by us depending on many factors, therefore we invite all interested parties to contact us and send us documentation for the purpose of accurate valuation and estimation of the estimated time of completion. If you have special preferences regarding the elements you are burning, we also ask you for this information when submitting your inquiry, although our specialists will definitely carry out a detailed survey needed to prepare the offer. |
